Job Description
Manage a portfolio of global key accounts, including some of the world's largest FMCG organizations.
Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across assigned strategic customers.
Develop and execute comprehensive account development plans aligned with customer objectives.
Build robust relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers across customer organizations.
Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities within existing customer partnerships.
Lead commercial negotiations and account strategy discussions to maximize value creation.




Manage complex global customer requirements and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
Partner closely with technical, innovation, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver customer solutions.
Drive customer engagement through high-quality presentations, reviews, and business planning discussions.
Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities to support long-term account growth.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer priorities to proactively shape account strategies.
Act as an individual contributor while influencing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles.
Strong preference for candidates from leading flavour, ingredients, food, FMCG, or adjacent competitor organizations.
