About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, inside sales, outbound calling, lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
This role requires an individual who is confident communicating with decision-makers, comfortable working with sales targets, and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.




Generate recent leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Conduct research to identify target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
Initiate conversations with prospective clients and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations as required.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective customers.
Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities and new customers.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Inside Sales & Cold Calling
Conduct regular outbound calls to prospective customers and decision-makers.
Build rapport with prospects and create meaningful sales conversations.
