Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Lead / Project Manager with robust Quality Assurance (QA) experience to lead end-to-end IT projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Project Management, Software Testing/QA, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Manage and coordinate QA, development, business, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.
Establish and monitor project quality standards, processes, and KPIs.
Drive end-to-end Software Testing and QA activities, including test planning, test execution, defect management,



UAT, and release validation.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project reports and dashboards to management and stakeholders.
Manage client and stakeholder communication, expectations, escalations, and project governance.
Work closely with QA teams to define test strategy, test plans, quality metrics, and release criteria.
Monitor defects and ensure timely resolution through coordination with development and technical teams.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring defects and quality issues.
Ensure adherence to organizational SDLC, QA processes, Agile/Scrum practices, and project governance standards.
