About the Role:-
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager with robust hands-on experience in D2C/e-commerce websites to drive customer retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate should have experience managing customer lifecycle campaigns, CRM, marketing automation, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-

Retention & Customer Lifecycle
Develop and execute strategies to improve repeat purchases, retention rate, and Customer LTV.
Build customer journeys across acquisition, first purchase, repeat purchase, and reactivation.
Drive segmentation and personalized communication based on customer behaviour.
CRM & Marketing Automation
Plan and execute campaigns through WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.
Set up automated journeys for welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, repeat purchase, win-back, and reactivation.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize journeys.




D2C Website & Conversion
Work closely with the D2C website team to improve conversion, repeat purchase, AOV, and customer experience.
Identify drop-offs across the customer journey and implement retention-led solutions.
Use customer and website data to identify growth opportunities.
Analytics & Performance
Track key metrics including Retention Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate, LTV, AOV, CAC, and Revenue from Existing Customers.
Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, offers, communication, and customer journeys.
Build regular reports and actionable insights for business growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, E-commerce, Product, and Customer Support teams to improve the overall customer lifecycle.
Stay updated with emerging CRM, retention, and marketing automation trends.
