Position : Manager / Asst Manager – Business Development
Job Location: 1. Delhi / North India
2. Vapi/Daman/Silvassa

Requirements :
· CIPET /B.Tech/Diploma in Polymers, Plastics
· Candidates preferred from 1. Delhi - North India and 2. Vapi/Daman/Silvassa
· A minimum of 5 years of Sales & Business Development experience in Selling
Masterbatches, Compounds to processors & convertors.
· Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections.
· Understanding of Plastic Processing techniques.
· Fluency both in English & local language.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Identify,



convert and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and maximize revenues
· Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
· Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
· Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
· Timely customer support for trials and development
· Travel extensively in the region for business activities
