Role Description The Social Media Manager will manage SarrthiIAS’s presence across major social media platforms, including planning and executing daily posts aligned with the brand’s UPSC preparation focus. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, responding to audience queries, and maintaining consistent communication with aspirants.



The role involves developing and implementing social media strategies, tracking performance metrics, running campaigns, and collaborating with faculty and content teams to promote courses, events, and study resources. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dadri, requiring regular coordination with the marketing and academic teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely updates.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and improve platform performance.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for explicit, engaging, and accurate messaging tailored to UPSC aspirants.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to design effective social media calendars, campaigns, and audience engagement plans.
Relevant experience in managing social media for educational or test-prep brands is beneficial.
