We’re looking for someone who loves making content and spends probably a little too much time on Instagram.
Someone who sees a fresh batch of Berliners, gelato being scooped, a new dessert being tested or a packed evening at Eleven Bakehouse and immediately thinks — this would make a great reel.
This is a full time, on-site role in Bangalore, and the job is pretty straightforward: make Eleven Bakehouse look as good online as it does in real life.
What you’ll be doing
* Shooting reels regularly across our Eleven Bakehouse stores and central kitchen
* Coming up with fun, fresh content ideas around our food, stores, team and everything happening behind the scenes
* Shooting and editing content yourself — this is very much a hands-on role
* Keeping up with Instagram trends and figuring out which ones actually make sense for our brand
* Creating content around new product drops, launches and seasonal menus
* Working with our chefs and store teams to capture what’s happening every week
* Planning a simple content calendar and making sure the content actually gets made
* Building a recognisable Eleven Bakehouse style and personality on social media
* Looking at which reels perform well and using that to make the next ones better
* Occasionally working with influencers and creators
Who we’re looking for
We don’t really care if you’ve had the title “Marketing Manager” before.
What matters more is whether you understand Instagram, have a good eye and can actually create content.
You should:
* Know how to shoot and edit reels
* Have a strong sense of framing, lighting, music and pacing
* Understand Instagram and current content trends
* Be comfortable visiting stores and shooting content yourself
* Have plenty of ideas and be able to execute them without needing a huge production setup
* Understand how to make food look genuinely tempting
* Know CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools
* Be comfortable in a fast-moving environm
