About the Role
Sanskriti International School is looking for a Telecaller to handle basic calls, enquiries, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with parents and providing information about the school.
Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls related to school enquiries
Speak with parents and prospective students in a polite and professional manner
Follow up with enquiries and provide the required information
Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups
Coordinate with the concerned team when required
Handle routine queries and ensure timely responses
Maintain clear and professional communication
Requirements
Positive verbal communication skills
Good command of English and Telugu
Confident and polite while speaking over the phone
Basic computer knowledge
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
