Role Description The Estimation & Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders for MEP projects, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and related systems. Day-to-day duties include reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing, and compiling technical and commercial bid documents. The role involves collaborating with engineering, projects, and procurement teams to clarify scope, validate assumptions, and ensure that proposals align with client requirements and company standards. The executive will track tender opportunities, support pre-bid queries, participate in bid evaluations, and maintain organized records of estimates and submissions. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
Strong skills in project estimation, quantity take-off, and cost analysis for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting).
Proficiency in tender
