We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is confident in communication, passionate about building relationships and capable of developing business opportunities across patients and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Business Development
Connect with patients and understand their healthcare requirements and treatment needs.
Explain MediVoy's consultation, treatment, pharmacy and healthcare services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into consultations and treatment opportunities.
Guide and coordinate with patients throughout the onboarding process.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.
Build strong patient relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Pharmacy & Healthcare Partner Onboarding
Onboard pharmacies to become MediVoy pharmacy partners.
Explain the benefits of partnering with MediVoy and how the online pharmacy platform can help pharmacies reach more customers.
Conduct regular field visits to identify and develop new pharmacy partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacy owners and healthcare providers.
Identify and onboard doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories and other healthcare partners.
Negotiate partnership terms and establish mutually beneficial business relationships.
Collect and maintain accurate pharmacy and partner information required for onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams to complete the partner onboarding process and ensure pharmacies are successfully activated on the plat
