Key Skills & Responsibilities
9–15 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel, Routing, and debugging/testing.
Minimum 3–4 end-to-end Service Cloud implementations.
5+ years of experience with Salesforce APIs – REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Metadata API.
Strong hands-on experience in LWC, Aura, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and AppExchange products.
Experience with Salesforce deployment, CI/CD, and Jenkins.
Strong understanding of data management, SQL/RDBMS, SOA principles, and scalable systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Experience following change management and deployment processes.
