nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a MarTech Solution Architect to build and scale iQuanti's MarTech solutioning capability from the ground up.
nThis is an IC role responsible for defining end-to-end MarTech Solutions, creating reusable solution IP, and driving pre-sales solutioning across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.
nYou will act as the technical backbone for all MarTech opportunities, partnering with Sales/Growth to win deals and enabling delivery teams with scalable, repeatable solution patterns.
nWhat You'll Be Doing
nMarTech Solutioning, Architecture & IP Development (45%)

- n
- Define end-to-end MarTech architectures across customer data, personalization, journey orchestration, analytics, and CMS (Adobe + Salesforce stack)n
- Translate client use cases and business goals into scalable architecture (data → identity → segmentation → activation)n
- Build reference architectures,



integration blueprints, and solution patternsn
- Create reusable IP and accelerators, including:n
- Use case playbooks (personalization, CDP activation, journey orchestration)n
- Journey templates, audience models, identity frameworksn
- Demo environments and proof-of-value kitsn
- Productize offerings (e.g., Personalization at Scale, CDP Activation, Revenue Attribution) into solution kits with sizing, pricing, and delivery modelsn
- Maintain solution assets as a living knowledge base for the practicen

nPre-Sales, RFP & Client Solutioning (25%)

- Partner with Sales/Growth teams to drive MarTech opportunities and own the technical winn
- Lead RFP/RFI/proposal solutioning — architecture, estimation, and value articulationn
- Conduct client discovery workshops and define MarTech roadmapsn
- Build solution narratives, demos, and POVs tailored to client maturityn
- Act as a trusted
