The position requires a skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong background in automating and optimizing infrastructure systems. 2. The Engineer will deliver Tier 3 support for configuration and management tools in the environment. 3. This role will require extensive technical expertise in designing and developing tools for monitoring and managing server automation and associated solutions, while also ensuring the health, integrity, scalability, and availability of the workplace. 4. The position will involve engineering automation packages for servers (Windows and UNIX), overseeing tool installation and configuration processes, and addressing complex infrastructure issues within enterprise environments. Have at least 7-8 years of experience with datacenter operation processes 2. Have experience with lifecycle operation/management on Windows and Linux systems (e.g.: patch processes) 3. Have experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or other solutions) 4. Monitor and troubleshoot network, infrastructure, and application issues 5. Maintain and document monitoring solutions 6. Contribute to infrastructure automation and internal Support tools development 7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, drive to prevent incidents 8. Have basic skills in SQL /Oracle 9. Be eager to learn new technologies and procedures 10.
