What You'll Do
As a Senior Field Service Engineer , you will be responsible for: Installing, commissioning, configuring, and maintaining FLAGMAN Io T and AI-based systems at customer sites. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and edge computing issues . Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring reliable system performance.



Providing technical support and training to customers and onsite teams. Working closely with customers to understand issues, manage expectations, and deliver effective solutions. Coordinating service visits and maintaining accurate service and installation documentation . Collaborating with our R&D;, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues. Capturing customer feedback and contributing to continuous product and service improvements. Following all required safety, quality, and service standards . Travelling occasionally to customer sites and partner locations as required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
Robust experience in field service, installation, commissioning, and technical support of hardware and software systems. Hands-on experience troubleshooting Io T, networking, embedded systems, or edge computing devices . Experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and system perform
