Position: Supervisor (Senior CCE)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor (Senior CCE) to manage front-of-house operations, customer service, and daily cinema activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise CCE/Guest Service staff and ensure smooth customer service.
- Manage daily cinema front-office operations, including ticketing and customer assistance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service issues professionally.
- Monitor auditorium readiness, cleanliness and overall guest experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, projection/technical and other departments.
- Ensure proper implementation of cinema SOPs and operational procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and work performance.
- Assist in managing peak-hour operations and crowd movement.




- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
- Escalate operational issues to the management promptly.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the cinema.

Candidate Requirements:
- Cinema/Multiplex experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Senior CCE, Supervisor, Floor Supervisor or similar role in a cinema/multiplex preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cinema operations and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Well-groomed, disciplined and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
