Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to develop high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content for our EdTech brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, solid research ability, and the creativity to communicate educational concepts effectively across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, advertisements, brochures, and campaigns.
- Develop engaging and informative content related to education, career opportunities, courses, and student success.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and website content using relevant keywords.
- Create compelling marketing copy for lead-generation and admission campaigns.
- Develop captions, promotional content, scripts, email content, and other digital marketing materials.
- Research industry trends, educational topics, competitors, and target audiences.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Design, Video, and Sales teams to develop campaign content.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- Adapt content according to different platforms and target audiences.
- Maintain the brand voice and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Support content planning and maintain a regular content calendar.




- Track content performance and continuously improve content based on engagement and conversion data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant content-writing experience preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, Digital Marketing, Education, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Good research and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing.
- Ability to write both informative and marketing-oriented content.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
