- Proven experience in a similar conference or events role, ideally within B2B or industry-focused environments.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects.

- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing setting in Dubai, with flexibility around event schedules.

- Relevant academic background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.

The Senior Conference

Producer will identify, approach, and secure high-caliber speakers, manage stakeholder communication, and coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event execution. Daily tasks include drafting program content, creating briefing materials, managing timelines, and monitoring budgets and quality standards. The role requires hands-on involvement during events, overseeing program flow and speaker management to deliver a seamless attendee experience.
