Experience Required:

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction.

- Must have hands-on experience in bungalow and residential house construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage complete residential construction projects from start to finish.

- Monitor civil, structural, and finishing work at the site.

- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, architects, and vendors.

- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Manage material requirements, site planning, and daily work schedules.

- Conduct quality checks and resolve site-related technical issues.

- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of residential/bungalow construction.

- Good understanding of construction drawings and measurements.

- Strong site supervision and team management skills.

- Knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and quantity calculations.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with solid experience in bungalow & independent residential house construction will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
