Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical General Accounting professional to support core accounting activities, including R41 accounting, budgeting and accruals, month-end close, General Ledger (GL) accounting, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in account reconciliations, journal preparation, intercompany accounting, bank reconciliations,



and month-end closing activities. Experience with SAP and BlackLine will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day General Ledger (GL) accounting activities and ensure transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with accounting policies.
Execute month-end close activities, including accruals, provisions, journal entries, account analysis, and closing reconciliations.
Perform bank reconciliations involving high-volume transactions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
Prepare and review intercompany account reconciliations, identify differences, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve mismatches.
Perform fixed asset account reconciliations, including additions, disposals, depreciation, transfers, and GL-to-subledger reconciliation.
Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, including AP, AR, payroll, accruals,
