We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality 3D models, visualisations and photorealistic renders for architectural and interior design projects.
Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp .
Work on residential, commercial and architectural projects.
Develop materials, textures, lighting, furniture, landscapes and other design elements.
Convert 2D drawings, plans and design concepts into accurate 3D visualisations.
Produce presentation-quality renders, walkthroughs and other visual content as required.
Coordinate with architects and designers and incorporate feedback and revisions.
Maintain accuracy, consistency and quality across all visualisation outputs.

Requirements




2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Robust proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray and 3D visualisation.
Valuable understanding of materials, lighting, composition, proportions and architectural detailing.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design concepts.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Portfolio of previous 3D modelling and visualisation work preferred.Role & responsibilities
