Role Overview

We are looking for a highly accomplished and hands-on senior business operations leader to lead and scale the overall business operating engine.

Note :

This is not a conventional Supply Chain, Warehouse, Hub Operations, or Fleet Maintenance role.

We are looking for a leader who has experience driving business performance, P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, productivity, operational excellence, and large-scale execution.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution and will work closely with the Co-Founders to drive business growth and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive overall business performance, P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives focused on business growth, expansion, productivity, and performance improvement.




- Build and manage scalable operating structures and processes.
- Lead and manage large, distributed, and field-intensive teams.
- Monitor key business metrics and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Identify operational and business challenges through regular engagement with on-ground teams and implement effective solutions.
- Drive productivity and efficiency across customer and field operations.
- Work closely with the Co-Founders on strategic initiatives and ensure robust execution.
- Build scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and performance-management systems.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in understanding ground-level business challenges.

- 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior business or operations leadership roles.
