- Manage and handle the complete branch operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Manage sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide consultation to customers regarding hair replacement solutions.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Handle day-to-day branch activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the team and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, consultation, or branch management preferred.
- Must be confident, responsible, and good at communication.
- Should be comfortable handling customers and phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of desktop/computer operations.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in the hair, beauty, healthcare, or similar customer-service industry will be an advantage.
