Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities for our plastic manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, purchase & sales accounting, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, debit/credit notes and related documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
Coordinate with CA/accounting consultants for audits, returns and compliance.




Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Prepare basic MIS reports and assist management with financial information.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
1–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
Robust understanding of basic accounting principles.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Experience in a manufacturing company, especially with inventory, raw-material purchases, production-related accounting and vendor/customer reconciliation, will be preferred.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
