Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records of the company.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.
Prepare and file TDS returns, including reconciliation and timely payment of TDS.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile bank transactions with books of accounts.
Maintain cash book and cash vouchers with proper supporting documents.
Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers, and other accounting records.
Prepare E-Way Bills for inward and outward material movement as required.
Verify purchase and sales invoices for accuracy, GST details, TDS applicability, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper records of GST input tax credit (ITC) and assist in GST reconciliation.
Monitor TDS deductions, payments,
and certificates and ensure compliance with applicable provisions.Role & responsibilities
Required Skills
Good knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Hands-on experience in GST return filing and TDS return filing.
Solid knowledge of Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
Experience in cash voucher and accounting record maintenance.
Positive working knowledge of E-Way Bill preparation.
Knowledge of purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Experience in ledger reconciliation and invoice verification.
Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work.
Ability to independently handle routine accounting and statutory compliance activities.
