We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, GST/TDS compliance, vendor/customer accounts, and routine financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software.
Handle Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries.
Prepare and maintain GST invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
Handle GST returns, reconciliation and related documentation.
Manage TDS calculation, deduction and payment.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Follow up for customer outstanding payments.
Verify vendor bills, invoices and supporting documents.
Prepare monthly outstanding, expense and financial reports.
Maintain proper records of vouchers, invoices and accounting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers.
Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting principles.
Positive knowledge of GST and TDS.
Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
3–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Experience in HVAC / Engineering / Construction industry will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Good working knowledge of Excel and Tally.
Practical knowledge of GST, TDS and routine accounting.
Responsible, organized and deadline-oriented.
Able to work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹10,816.97 - ₹30,570.11 per month
