Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Coordinator who will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns while also actively participating as a UGC creator and in-house influencer for select brand collaborations.This is a role requiring strong coordination skills, creative confidence, and comfort being on camera.

We are looking for candidates from Gurgaon. This role would require you to visit the head office Kolkata once per quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Campaign Management (End-to-End Execution)

● Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across multiple client campaigns

● Handle influencer communication, negotiations, deliverables,



timelines, and payouts

● Share briefs and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives

● Coordinate posting schedules and approvals

● Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases

● Ensure smooth execution and timely completion of campaigns

UGC Creation for Client Brands

● Act as a UGC creator for client campaigns (Reels, Stories, short-form content)

● Create authentic, creator-style content including:

○ Product demonstrations

○ Voiceovers

○ Talking-head videos

○ Trend-based content

● Deliver content aligned with brand briefs while maintaining natural storytelling

● Shoot content independently or collaborate with the internal team when required

● Maintain a professional, confident, and brand-secure on-screen presence In-House

Influencer Participation

● Be part of Adbuffs’ in-house influencer pool

● Post assigned client cont
