We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud, Salesforce Voice, Apex, LWC, and enterprise integrations .
Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, test and support scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow and Salesforce APIs
• Implement Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Milestones and Service Console capabilities
• Build intelligent case assignment, routing and escalation solutions
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture
• Build reusable Lightning components and automation solutions
• Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, security, scalability and governor limits
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues
• Support Git, CI/CD, automated testing and release management
• Participate in architecture reviews,



code reviews and technical design
• Mentor developers and drive Salesforce engineering best practices
