We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Junior Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate will assist with bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliations, documentation, and other accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Track expenses and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment and billing-related queries.
Assist the senior accounts team with audits and financial documentation.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, or Accounting.
0–2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is an advantage.
Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
