Key Role & Responsibilities
Maintain updated books of accounts by timely entry in the system.
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and ledger controls.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
Manage general ledger activities and perform timely account reconciliations.
Banking Reconciliation
Handling Audits - Statutory, Tax, Transfer pricing etc
Statutory Compliances - Direct Tax.- Manage Direct Tax Compliance, Manage TDS Compliance, providing details to consultant in case of IT Scrutiny.
Statutory Compliances - Indirect Tax- To handle Periodic GST compliance, GST reconciliation with online ledger and return filing, Understanding of PF and PT returns and Payments
Carrying out billing and follow-up for collection.
Carry out Day to day banking work. Preparation of cheques, application for LC/BG and follow-up with bank for the same.
Making forex payment towards import purchase /services. Also submission of documents towards export sales and realisation of export. Also follow-up with bank for Bank realisation certificate.
Liasoning with company secretary to ensure statutory compliances filed on time.
Preparation of Accounts Receivables, Debtor/creditor/vendor reconciliation statements
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
