Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, auditing, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, ledger, and vendor reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets.
Review and approve accounting entries and transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Ensure timely completion of monthly and year-end closing activities.
Develop and maintain robust internal financial controls.
Identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
Lead,



supervise, and guide the accounts team.
Provide financial and MIS reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Good working knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
