What you'll do? ● Define Creative Vision & Strategy: Set the creative direction for projects to align with business goals and brand identity. ● Lead & Inspire Team: Manage and motivate the creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation. ● Project Management: Ensure timely delivery, scope management, and coordination with other departments. ● Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts from idea to execution. ● Drive AI-Powered Workflows: Champion the integration of AI tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe tools, Design Agents within Claude etc.) into the creative process to accelerate ideation,



concepting, and production without compromising quality. ● Quality Control: Review and ensure all creative outputs meet high standards and brand guidelines. ● Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging. ● Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with industry trends, technologies, and tools—including emerging AI design tools—to drive innovation. What you’ll need: ● Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields ● Design Experience: 2-7 years in creative roles, with a solid portfolio showcasing a range of work. This is a very hands-on role.
