React Description Senior AI Solutions Engineer role in the Digital department focused on building AI-powered business applications. The position covers solution architecture, production deployment, and enterprise AI/ML/GenAI integration across multiple business domains.

Role: Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Experience

- 6 - 10 Years
- Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js or .NET Core
- Frontend experience with React or Angular or Flutter
- Strong SQL skills including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures
- Experience integrating with enterprise data sources such as SAP, APIs, and file systems
- Experience building production-grade customer/user-facing applications
- Experience making architecture decisions and documenting them
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI integration such as Azure OpenAI or Gemini
- Experience building RAG pipelines, working with vector databases, and prompt engineering

Responsibilities

- Design and build full stack applications with frontend, backend, database, and AI layers
- Own technical decisions including framework selection, architecture patterns, and build versus buy recommendations




- Build and optimize GenAI integration layers including RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, AI agents, prompt engineering, and embeddings
- Ensure architectural consistency across the application portfolio
- Mentor and guide developers in the in-house and support teams
- Collaborate with business and functional SMEs to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions
- Own code quality, reviews, and technical governance for projects delivered under the team
- Lead the development of products and integration of AI/ML/GenAI capabilities into enterprise products
- Own solution design, technical direction, and delivery quality for high-impact AI projects

- Work across Safety, Operations, HR, Finance, and MIS domains
- Work within the in-house core development team
- Solid problem-solving and structured thinking
- Clear communication of complex AI and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Effective stakeholder collaboration across business and leadership teams
- Technical leadership with mentoring and standards ownership
- Confident decision-making in fast-paced environments
