Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students on academic and study abroad opportunities based on their education, interests, and career goals.
Provide guidance on suitable courses, universities, and study destinations.
Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and counselling sessions effectively.
Explain admission requirements, course details, fees, intakes, and available opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications.
Work towards achieving monthly counselling and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and applications.
Stay updated on recent courses, universities, and changing admission requirements.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth student application journey.
Experienced candidates are preferred, particularly those with experience in academic counselling, student counselling, or the overseas education sector.
