Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, RCM, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and related activities.
Prepare and manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
Handle Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) accounting and GST compliance.
Manage purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and other accounting entries.
Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors,



consultants, and other departments when required.
Stay updated with new amendments and applicable compliance requirements under GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other relevant regulations.
Ensure timely completion of statutory and accounting-related compliances.

Required Skills
Valuable working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Strong understanding of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of RCM and GST reconciliation.
Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation.
Positive knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of statutory compliances and recent amendments.
Good MS Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
Experience: 2–3 years in accounting.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
Preferred: Candidate who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
