Support batch records, logbooks, and manufacturing documentation. N
Learn Positive Documentation Practices (GDP). N
Monitor Shop Floor Activities N
Participate in daily production reviews and understand workflow management. N
Learn Equipment Operations N
Observe equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance activities. N
Understand the importance of qualified equipment. N
Support Line Clearance Activities N




Learn how production areas are checked before starting a recent batch to prevent mix-ups. N
Participate in Safety and EHS Activities N
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and emergency response processes. N
Understand Deviation Reporting N
Learn how manufacturingissues, deviations, and incidents are documented and investigated. N
Assist in Production Data Analysis N
Support collection and review of manufacturing metrics such as yield, downtime, and productivity. N
Learn Cross-Functional Coordination N
Work with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain teams. N
Understand how departments collaborate to deliver products. N
Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects N
