Drive health insurance sales through agents and achieve monthly/annual targets.
Generate new business through prospecting, references, and market activities.
Motivate and coach agents to improve productivity and achieve sales goals.
Build solid relationships with customers and provide suitable health insurance solutions.
Ensure proper follow-up, documentation, policy issuance, and renewals.
Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline
15 years of experience in insurance/BFSI sales preferred
Experience in agency/field sales will be an advantage
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented with valuable team-handling ability
Willingness to work in field and develop an advisor network
