- The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable, proficiency in accounting systems, strong analytical skills, and the motivation to contribute to an accurate, high-quality, and efficient monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting process.
- Posting Invoices & passing correct GL & preparing month end report & Statement Matching
- Prepare account reconciliations and schedules as needed.
- Investigate and resolve variances or discrepancies.
- Provide support to other teams across the company, including on special projects.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP).
- Working knowledge of US Accounts Payable & other additional activities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior exposure to Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
