About the Role : With ambitious expansion plans, the client is looking to hire a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with 3-6 years of expertise in day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Skilled in Tally Prime and ERP systems, with solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and audit processes. Adept at preparing MIS reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

- Transaction Management : Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Vendor & Payment Processing : Handle invoices, debit/credit notes, petty cash, and bank transactions.
- Reconciliation : Prepare daily/monthly BRS; reconcile vendor, customer, inter-company, and GL balances.




- Compliance : Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Audit Support : Coordinate with auditors and assist in financial closing.
- MIS Reporting : Generate reports and provide financial insights to management.

Qualifications :

- Education : B.Com in Accounting/Finance (M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter preferred).
- Experience : 3-6 years in Finance & Accounts with reconciliations, compliance, and audit exposure.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP, or ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and documentation skills
