Accountant GST Filing, TDS Filing & Taxation

ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in GST Filing, TDS Filing, Taxation, and Accounting Operations to join our Finance & Accounts team in Kolkata.

Position: Accountant GST, TDS & Taxation

Location: Unit No. ECSL1401, Ambuja Neotia Ecocenter, Business Park, EM Block, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700091

Salary: Up to 26,000 Gross per Month

Experience: 2–6 Years

Candidate Preference: Female candidates required

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GST return preparation and filing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and filing.
- Prepare and file TDS returns within the prescribed timelines.
- Handle Income Tax and other taxation-related activities.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Perform GST reconciliation and verify purchase and sales data.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.




- Maintain accounts using Tally Prime / ERP.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, MIS reports, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable GST, TDS, and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants/CA as required.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of GST Filing, TDS Filing, and Taxation.
- Hands-on experience with GST Portal and Income Tax Portal.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of GST reconciliation, TDS reconciliation, and tax calculations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.

Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, Taxation, and statutory compliance.
