Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Ranchi.
The Senior
Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The role involves overseeing statutory compliance, supporting tax planning and filings, and ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Accountant will review and analyze financial data,
assist in budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to support management decision-making. The position also includes supervising junior accounting staff, coordinating with auditors and other professionals, and contributing to process improvements and internal control enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting applicable to Indian entities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and financial models.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear financial insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, clients, and auditors.
- Proven experience supervising or mentoring junior staff and contributing to process and control improvements.
- Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional accounting credential preferred; relevant experience in a CA firm or corporate finance role is an advantage.
