- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

- Record and verify purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, journal entries and

other accounting transactions.

- Review and maintain customer and vendor ledgers.

- Carry out regular bank, customer, vendor and other account reconciliations.

- Scrutinise ledgers and identify errors, unusual balances and pending items.

- Ensure proper documentation and supporting records for accounting entries.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.

- Assist in preparation of schedules, statements and information required for MIS and

financial reporting.

- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related work and reconciliations.





- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit purposes.

- Assist in inventory accounting and reconciliation of physical stock with book records.

- Supervise and guide routine accounting work carried out by junior Accounts staff.

- Ensure proper and disciplined use of the Company's accounting/ERP system.

- Take ownership of timely completion and accuracy of assigned accounting work.Role &
