SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

We’re looking for an SEO professional who can own organic growth end-to-end — from strategy and technical foundations to content, experimentation and ultimately business impact.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys figuring out where the next meaningful source of organic growth can come from, building the roadmap, and then working with teams to make it happen.

What you’ll own

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

- Build and drive the overall SEO strategy and roadmap.
- Identify high-value opportunities across discovery, high-intent and product-led searches.
- Develop a scalable organic growth engine focused on both traffic and conversions.
- Build SEO processes, frameworks and reporting from the ground up.
- Stay ahead of competitors, search trends and algorithm changes, and continuously evolve the strategy.

Technical & On-Page SEO

- Own technical SEO across crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, schema and Core Web Vitals.
- Conduct regular technical audits and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Build keyword maps around search intent and connect them to the right pages.
- Improve existing pages through optimisation, expansion and content refreshes.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to implement technical SEO improvements.

Content & Search

- Build topic clusters around real user problems, use cases and search demand.
- Work closely with content teams to create pages that can rank and contribute to product adoption.
- Identify opportunities for scalable landing pages, programmatic SEO and content-led growth.
- Balance top-of-funnel discovery with high-intent searches that can drive acquisition.

Cross-functional Execution

- Turn SEO opportunities into clear, prioritised execution plans.
- Work closely with product, engineering,



content and design teams.
- Own initiatives from identifying the opportunity through implementation, measurement and iteration.
- Help teams understand not just what needs to change, but why it matters.

Measurement & Experimentation

- Build reporting and dashboards around organic traffic, rankings, conversions and acquisition.
- Use data to understand what is working, where growth is coming from and where the next opportunity lies.
- Run structured SEO experiments and continuously improve the playbook.
- Connect SEO performance to meaningful business outcomes—not rankings alone.

What we're looking for
- 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of delivering measurable organic growth.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, content SEO, on-page optimisation and link building.
- Experience independently owning SEO strategy or initiatives from start to finish.
- Experience working in a startup, 0→1 environment or any role with significant ownership is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog .
- Strong understanding of search intent, information architecture and organic acquisition.
- Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Comfortable working directly with content, product, design and engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Valuable to have
- Experience with AI search, AEO, GEO or emerging search behaviour.
- Experience in consumer products, entertainment, social or content platforms.
- Exposure to ASO / app-store optimisation .
- Experience working across international markets.
- Basic SQL or the ability to independently work with data.
- Experience with web-to-app journeys or organic-to-product conversion.
