Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and design standards.
Guide development teams on technical design, integrations, customizations, and platform capabilities.
Design integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications using APIs and integration technologies.
Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, and code for quality and scalability.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and prospects for platform optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and vendors.
Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
