Overview:

nWe are looking for an Admissions Counselor who can understand a prospective student’s goals, recommend the right course and convert qualified enquiries into admissions
n
nThis is a target-based admissions and course-sales role. It is not a teaching or clinical position
n
n Key Responsibilitieds:
n
n
n
Respond promptly to incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins and online channelsn
Conduct telephone, video and in-person counselling sessionsn
Explain course content, certification, fees, batch schedules and learning outcomes clearlyn
Recommend the most suitable course based on the candidate’s requirementsn
Follow up consistently, handle questions and objections, and convert qualified leads into admissionsn
Maintain an updated lead pipeline and record every interaction in the CRMn
Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for demonstrations, workshops, batch scheduling and student onboardingn
Represent the institute at CMEs, workshops and educational events when required.n

n Requirements:
n
n
n
At least 3 years of experience in admissions counselling, academic counselling, education sales, inside sales or another target-based B2C sales rolen
Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindin
Confidence in speaking with doctors, healthcare professionals and other prospective learnersn
Valuable follow-up, objection-handling and closing skillsn
Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel and basic computer toolsn
Organised, professional and responsible with lead follow-upsn

nExperience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty education or qualified training will be an advantage. Complete training about our courses will be provided.
