Key Responsibilities
Greeting Customers: Provide a warm and qualified welcome to all clients visiting the spa, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Explaining Services: Clearly communicate details of our spa therapies, treatments, and wellness services to customers, helping them choose options that best suit their needs.
Sales and Membership Promotion: Actively promote and sell our spa membership programs to customers,
highlighting their advantages and value. Work towards achieving individual and branch sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals, contributing to the long-term success of the branch.
