Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor multiple branches within the assigned area.
Drive business growth, disbursement, collection and portfolio quality.
Achieve area-wise business and revenue targets.
Lead, guide and motivate Branch Managers and field teams.
Monitor PAR, overdue, NPA and collection efficiency.
Ensure proper credit, KYC and operational processes are followed.
Conduct regular branch visits and review branch performance.
Identify recent business prospects and strengthen customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and review MIS and performance reports.
