An Assistant HR Manager supports the HR department by assisting with daily operations such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and policy implementation, acting as a liaison between employees and the HR Manager, and ensuring HR functions align with the company's goals. Key duties include managing employee records, onboarding new hires, coordinating training, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and processing new hire paperwork and orientation.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, help with managing employee disputes and grievances, and provide information on HR policies and advantages.
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, process payroll-related data, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Policy and Procedure Support: Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, assist with performance management processes, and contribute to the design of HR initiatives.
Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and orientations for new and existing employees.
Reporting and Data Management: Compile data for performance reports, track key performance indicators,
and maintain HR databases.
