Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement area-wise sales plans.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
Identify prospects to increase sales and market share.
Dealer & Distributor Management
Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Maintain solid relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
Ensure proper product availability and stock levels at dealer locations.
Monitor dealer performance and resolve commercial or service-related issues.
Market Development
Identify recent markets and potential business opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Gather information about competitor products, prices, schemes, and market trends.
Develop strategies to increase the company's presence in the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management




Maintain relationships with key customers and business clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable furniture solutions.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Management
Manage and guide Sales Executives / Sales Officers working in the assigned area.
Set individual targets and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular review meetings and provide sales guidance.
Train team members on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
Product & Brand Promotion
Promote the company's furniture range, including residential, office, institutional, and commercial furniture as applicable.
Ensure proper product presentation and display at dealer/showroom locations.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
