Job Title: Architect / AutoCAD ArchitectJob Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect / AutoCAD Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, developing design concepts, creating detailed 2D/3D drawings, and coordinating with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop architectural layouts and design concepts based on project requirements.
Prepare construction and execution drawings with accurate dimensions and specifications.
Modify and revise drawings according to client, consultant, or site requirements.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other services.
Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Prepare drawings and documentation for approval and submission.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Maintain proper records and revisions of drawings and project documents.
Assist in material selection, detailing,



and project execution when required.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Knowledge of architectural drafting and construction details.
Experience with SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design software will be an advantage.
Good understanding of building planning, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with robust AutoCAD and architectural drafting skills may also be considered.
