Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, etc.
Handle Industrial Relations (IR), employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism and union/workmen-related issues.
Coordinate and manage internal, external and statutory HR/labour audits, including documentation and closure of observations.
Manage contract labour compliance and coordinate with contractors on statutory requirements.
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives and effective employee communication.
Coordinate with plant leadership, corporate HR, labour authorities and external consultants as required.
Coordinate day-to-day plant HR operations, including manpower, attendance, leave, employee lifecycle and HR MIS.
